At DentalPro Smile™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund.

Return Conditions:

1 Timeframe: You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.

2 Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with all its parts, accessories, and original packaging.

Photos or a video if necessary

Contact us by email at contact.dentalprosmile@gmail.com with:

- You will receive a return authorization number and the address of our warehouse.

- Use a tracked courier service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Return Information:

1 Returns are at the customer's expense

2 No restocking fees are charged to the customer

3 The return address will be provided upon the customer's request.

Refund:

1 After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

2 You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Exceptions: Customized, health, or perishable products are non-refundable.
